REV THEATRE COMPANY
SODA POP CAN
Two Nights Only, SODA POP CAN: An American High School Story, is a one hour performance exploring the issue of gun violence in the lives of America's youth.
“REV is happy to be back in Scranton,
working on this timely, provocative, significant and (hopefully) enlightening piece which speaks
to America – certainly the Scranton community - and particularly its young people. It hopefully
will lead to a unified discussion of potential solutions for this problem that affects us all." - Rudy Caporaso, Writer and Co-Director
* Both performances will be followed by a reception and an open forum on how best to deal with the rise of gang violence, mass shootings and threats of violence in our daily lives, featuring community leaders. *
